Application documents

If you would like to apply, please complete the documents listed below, in accordance with your programme, (Bachelor, Master etc.) and send to us via email - This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

When completing the documents, please consider the following rules:

  1. The name of the document should contain:
    • The number, according to the list of the required documents (see below),
    • The title of your programme (BA, MA, PhD, PostDoc or AcadStaff),
    • Your surname and
    • The acronym of your university’s name in English. You will find the list with the acronyms here.
  2. For example, if your surname is Karimov and you are a student of a Bachelor's programme at the Tashkent State Technical University, by saving your motivation letter, which is positioned on the second place in the list of documents, name it 2_BA_karimov_tstu.pdf.
  3. Save all the documents as PDF (200 dpi). PDF is the only document type we accept.
  4. We do not accept ZIP files, so please do not send us the ZIP files.
  5. For the email correspondence please use only email accounts with one of the European or international providers (e.g. google.com, yahoo.de etc.). Your email address should contain your first and second names, e.g. sergej_karimov @ google.com, karimov.sergej @ yahoo.com etc.
